The UGC NET Result 2026 will be declared shortly by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on its official website, the link for which is ugcnet.nta.nic.in. As per recent trends and sources, the results are expected to be announced in the last week of January or early February 2026.
The provisional answer key has already been released, and the objection window has now closed, indicating that the final result announcement is imminent.
The UGC NET December 2025-January 2026 examination was conducted between December 31, 2025, and January 7, 2026, in computer-based mode across multiple centres in India.
"The result will be compiled based on the final answer key declared. No grievances about answer key(s) after the declaration of result/NTA Score of UGC-NET December 2025 will be entertained," reads the official notice.
Candidates can check and download their UGC NET 2026 results by visiting the official website nta.ac.in, clicking on the UGC NET 2026 link available on the homepage, and selecting the UGC NET Result option.
After entering the required login credentials, candidates can access their results, download the scorecard, and save it for future reference.
