UAE firms ink MoUs for ₹2,125 cr projects in Telangana, to create 5,020 jobs

UAE firms Shaiva Group and Taranis Capital signed Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) with five companies for projects in Telangana with a combined investment of ₹2,125 crore. Revelations Biotech, Manakin Bio, Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors; Exigent Drilling Technology; and Yentra Tech Controls are the five companies.
On the occasion in Hyderabad on Tuesday (June 10, 2025), IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu said that the MoUs and investment commitment were a rebuttal to unfounded narratives that industries moving out and investments drying up in Telangana. He urged people not to believe in misinformation as the State under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in just 18 months has attracted more than ₹3 lakh crore investments resulting in at least 1 lakh youth securing jobs in the private sector.
“Today, we mark another significant milestone in this journey with the generation of 5,020 new employment opportunities for the youth of Telangana,” said the Minister.
Asserting that the government is committed to ushering in investments and creating meaningful employment opportunities for the youth, the Minister said “additionally we have filled over 60,000 government posts.” People of Telangana should assess facts and judge for themselves instead of believing those spreading misinformation, Mr. Sridhar Babu said
Over the next three years, Shaiva Group and Taranis Capital have expressed interest in investing an additional ₹24,000 crore in sectors such as biotech, AI, data centres, defence, energy, fintech, and public infrastructure. “In the biotech sector, their focus will include innovations in low-sugar food solutions, anti-diabetic products, and food management technologies all aimed at improving global health standards,” the Minister’s office said in a press release on his speech.
The two entities are also poised to invest in major infrastructure projects like Fourth City and the AI City, he said at the programme in the Secretariat here on Tuesday.
The MoU with Revelations Biotech, which is into products to address diabetes and other sugar-related health challenges, is for a ₹1,360 crore project that will generate 3,080 jobs.
