Two brothers drowned in the Malampuzha reservoir on Wednesday night. Their bodies were retrieved on Thursday morning.
The victims were identified as Mohammed Nihal, 20, and Mohammed Adil, 16, sons of Jabir Naseeb from Poolakkad, Puthuppallitheruvu, in Palakkad town.
They were presumed to have drowned while bathing in the reservoir.
