The former Fox News host and the right-wing ex-congressman got into a surprising exchange about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Tucker Carlson asked former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) if he ever went out with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) on his X show this week.
“Did you ever date her?” Carlson asked.
“I did not, no,” Gaetz replied.
“Did you try?” Carlson pressed.
“No, and uh, not my cup of tea,” answered the former lawmaker, who once said he would “swipe right” to work on a bill with her. “But she, after January 6th, treated us [Republicans] all like we had horns or something.”
