TSA screens more than 1M passengers per day for 19 days in a row

On Monday, the TSA screened 1.4 million travelers, the 19th consecutive day where the agency has reported a traveler throughput of more than 1 million.
On Monday, the TSA screened more than 1.4 million travelers, a significant increase from last year, when the agency only screened 154,080 travelers. However, Monday’s traveler throughput was still lower than in 2019, when the agency screened 2.36 million travelers, TSA data shows. Airlines have also seen an uptick in bookings, despite the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) guidance against non-essential travel.More Related News
