Trump Is On A Rampage Against The Media — With Chilling Results

President Donald Trump is attacking the media yet again — this time, for reporting the truth about his war in Iran.
In a recent post on Truth Social, Trump accused news organizations of spreading false narratives about the conflict with Iran and amplifying misinformation. He also openly bragged about “RESHAPING THE MEDIA” with a triumphant infographic, showcasing how many pundits are “GONE” from their former posts following the president’s reelection. The section also celebrated “Massive Layoffs” at the Washington Post, as well as “Defunded” outlets like NPR and PBS.
The sad part is — he’s not wrong.
Across the country, hundreds of news outlets have closed their doors in recent years. Newsrooms that once served their communities have disappeared, leaving fewer reporters to investigate powerful institutions, verify claims, and explain complex events to the public. And major networks like CBS News have been taken over by Trump-friendly owners — the same fate now facing CNN.
The pressures facing journalism are intense right now. To avoid scrutiny, some outlets have adjusted how they cover those in power. We refuse to do so. Journalism cannot serve the public if it bends to political pressure.
