This Windsor, Ont., veteran is celebrating his 103rd birthday — here's his advice for a happy life

It's not every day you turn 103 years old.
But for Frank "Red" Woods, Friday is that day.
The Second World War veteran and Windsor resident is celebrating more than a century of life.
He's feeling not too bad, all things considered.
"I was knocked out by a German rocket, so I got bad shoulders, bad hips, bad legs, but I can still get around," Frank said. "So far so good."
He is marking the occasion with his son, Dan Woods.
"One hundred and three is... I would never have thought anyone in my family would live that long," Dan said.
"I'm actually adopted, he brought me in and raised me. I have no other siblings, it's just me and I do whatever I can to look after my dad."
One of the best things his father ever taught him, Dan says, is the value of being consistent and sticking with a schedule.
"I'm very proud of my father," Dan Woods said of his father's service in the Second World War.
"He always downplays it. He contributed a lot to this country on a scale that wasn't grandiose, but it was vital."
Asked by CBC for his best advice on living a long and happy life, Frank says, "First, you can't be a worry wart, that's number one."
But Dan recalls another piece of advice his father gave over the years: "Years ago he used to tell me, if you want to live a long life, run faster than a jealous husband."
"That's another one, yeah," Frank said.
