New car prices are rising and markups are down from last year, but several models are still being listed by dealers at 20% and more over their MSRP.
The overall average price is up from $42,551 to $45,996, but that’s partly due to increases in MSRP. Gary Gastelu is Fox News Digital's automotive editor.
