Australia's limited overs captain Aaron Finch said that he understands the England players' apprehensions about touring Australia for the Ashes amid uncertainty about how strict quarantine rules will be for them and whether they can bring their families.
Australia limited overs captain Aaron Finch said he sympathises with the England players for the apprehensions they have about touring the country for the Ashes. The visitors have expressed inhibitions about them having to go through hard quarantine in Australia and not being allowed to bring their families along for the tour that starts on December 8 and the final Test is scheduled to end on January 18.
"They've played a lot of Test cricket so I can understand where they’re coming from," Finch told reporters on Wednesday in a video call.
