Netflix launched the trailer of its upcoming film Thar, starring Anil Kapoor, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The thriller will release on the OTT platform on May 6, 2022.
The trailer of Thar was unveiled today, April 18, at a launch event in Mumbai. The thriller, which stars Anil Kapoor, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor and Fatima Sana Shaikh, will begin streaming on Netflix from May 6. Directed by Raj Singh Chaudhary, Thar trailer promises an intriguing watch, which will be full of twists and turns.
Set in the heart of an unforgiving desert, Thar, unfolds as a gritty thriller. The official social media handles of Netflix India shared the trailer of Thar. "Verified Mysteries and mirages, twists and turns. In the heart of an unforgiving desert, unfolds a gritty thriller, unlike any other. #TharOnNetflix (sic)," read the caption.
The film traces Siddharth (Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor), an antique dealer’s journey through a remote village in Rajasthan that has recently been rocked by a series of violent killings. As the local cop Surekha Singh (Anil Kapoor) investigates these murders, he comes across Siddharth and find him suspicious.
Speaking about Thar, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, who is also producing the film, said, "The wait is almost over and we’re very excited to be handing our Film over to audiences all over the world . We’ve paid attention to the little details and they have added up to create a world and a narrative that is unique.
