Two high school graduates in Texas and Ontario were awarded $15,000 in scholarship money after entering and winning a contest for the best prom outfits made out of duct tape.
Walsh, from Dryden, Ontario, made a colorful prom dress — winning the title "Grand Prize Dress" — while Cervantes, from Pilot Point, Texas, made a blue tux, which earned him the title of "Grand Prize Tux." For winning the top prize, both 18-year-olds were given $15,000 in scholarship money.
