‘Technical glitch’ causes 600 cancellations at Bronx COVID vaccine site
NY Post
A “technical glitch” caused a city-run mass COVID-19 vaccination site in the Bronx to overbook 600 appointments for Wednesday — forcing the facility to cancel all those shots.
The bungle happened at the Bronx’s Co-Op City immunization site, which opened up earlier this month. “Due to a technical glitch, appointments were overbooked at this site. We’re resolving the issue, and in the interim, staff are on site rescheduling appointments for anyone who cannot be served today,” a city Health Department spokesperson said.More Related News
