T20 World Cup: Former England captain Michael Vaughan said that while Pakistan are expected to be able to beat anyone in these conditions, India are the favourites and should prove too strong for their opponents.

Pakistan can beat any team in the conditions on offer in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) but India should prove too difficult for them to beat, former England captain Michael Vaughan has said. The two teams start off their 2021 T20 World Cup campaign with a much-awaited clash against each other.

This is the first time since the 2016 T20 World Cup that India are facing Pakistan in a T20 match. "India should be too strong for Pakistan today.. But this Pakistan team in these conditions could beat anyone.. Hearing 1 Billion will be watching globally.. India to win.. #India vs Pakistan #T20WorldCup," Vaughan said in a tweet.
