T20 World Cup: India's chances will be bright if Hardik Pandya can bowl and bat, reckons Saba Karim

Saba Karim feels Team India's chances of winning their second T20 world title will increase if they manage his workload so that he can bowl in the tournament.

Former national selector Saba Karim reckons all-rounder Hardik Pandya will be extremely important for India's campaign in the T20 World Cup in October this year. The showpiece tournament will be played between October 17 in the United Arab Emirates. Pandya has said himself that he will be looking to bowl in all the matches at the T20 World Cup but Saba Karim said that will only be possible if India manage his workload from now on. Pandya is still recovering from a back surgery in late 2020 which is why he hasn't bowled much since then.
