Switch to the RailOne app by March 1 as UTSonMobile is bring decommissioned; enjoy enhanced booking and tracking features.
Indian Railways has urged passengers to transition to RailOne App early, as UTSonMobile App will be decommissioned from March 1 in a phased manner.
The existing IRCTC or UTS credentials could be used for signing into the RailOne app. By bringing booking, tracking, food services and grievance redressal under one roof, RailOne significantly reduces effort, saves time and enhances the overall passenger experience, Southern Railway stated.

In the initial phase of UTS app decommissioning, season ticket booking and renewal, and new user registration were disabled, followed by disabling platform ticket booking and R-Wallet top-up, though the app continues to remain available in the app store.
The existing R-Wallet balance of users on the UTS App would remain completely safe, and will be available for use on the RailOne app.
