Sunil Gavaskar on Mohammed Shami’s trolling: Faceless people making useless remarks doesn’t matter

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar has slammed those who have made religious remarks about Mohammad Shami after India’s 10-wicket defeat against Pakistan in their opening match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar lashed out on Saturday at the ‘faceless trolls’ who abused bowler Mohammed Shami online after India’s defeat in their T20 World Cup opener against Pakistan last weekend.

“Those who are making such remarks, do they matter? I don’t think these faceless trolls matter. We don’t care what they have to say, because they have no identity,” said Sunil Gavaskar on India Today.
