Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,444.17 crore for the first quarter ended June 30. The company had reported a net loss of ₹1,655.60 crore in the year-earlier period. Consolidated sales from operations at ₹9,669.4 crore grew 29% over Q1 last year. India sales at ₹3,308.4 crore grew 39% compared with Q1 last year, while U.S. finished dosage sales grew 35% to $380 million.
