SL vs BAN 2nd Test, Day 2: Hosts Sri Lanka piled up more runs after hundred from Dimuth Karunaratne and Lahiru Thirimanne on Thursday. At the end of the rain-marred day Niroshan Dickwella and Ramesh Mendis were unbeaten on 64 and 22 respectively.
Sri Lanka lost 5 wickets on Day 2 but piled up 178 more runs to end at 469/6 when bad light forced early stumps against Bangladesh in the 2nd Test in Kandy.
