Sidhu appoints MLA and close aide Pargat Singh as Punjab Congress general secretary

Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president Navjot Singh Sidhu appointed Jalandhar Cantonment MLA Pargat Singh, who is his close aide, as party's state general secretary.
