Veteran Pakistan all-rounder Shoaib Malik has said that he asked his team mates to stop thinking about the result during the 2017 Champions Trophy before the team turned their dwindling form around and won the tournament. Pakistan came into the tournament as rank underdogs and lost their first match against by 124 runs. Malik said that he gave a pep talk to the players after that game. "My entire pep talk during the Champions Trophy revolved around how nobody can guarantee you a spot in the side, nor can anyone take it away from you. We were spending a lot of time practising, but we weren't getting results," Malik said on Cricwik.More Related News
