Actor Saurabh Shukla, who is set to feature in Shah Rukh Khan's King, shared details about the massive scale of the upcoming action-thriller. He highlighted the ambitious nature of the film and the sheer number of actors from the Hindi film industry joining the ensemble.
In an interview with Hindi Rush, the actor suggested that King boasts one of the most extensive ensembles in recent Hindi cinema. The veteran actor even joked that "70 percent of the industry" seems to be part of the Siddharth Anand directorial.
While hinting at the massive scale of casting involved in the film, he said, "Not just me, King has 70 percent of the film industry. Every name that is big enough, they are all there."
The 62-year-old described working with Shah Rukh as a truly enjoyable experience, praising the actor as a "great" and "charismatic" personality. Reflecting on his own contribution to the movie, Saurabh added, "In King, whatever I have done, it is all quite memorable."
King also features Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Jaideep Ahlawat, Raghav Juyal and others in key roles. There is speculation about the involvement of Anil Kapoor and Rani Mukerji, though their participation has not been officially confirmed.
