Raja Shivaji, Cocktail 2 teasers to be attached to Dhurandhar 2 release: Report

According to a Pinkvilla report, audiences of Dhurandhar 2 will be among the first to view the teasers for Raja Shivaji and Cocktail 2. The anticipation for both films has been steadily growing in the lead-up to the official release. The decision to attach the teasers is seen as a way to maximise visibility and engagement within theatres.

Raja Shivaji is headlined and directed by Riteish Deshmukh, who takes on the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the historical period drama. The film, slated for a nationwide release on May 1, marks one of the first major pan-India projects for the Marathi film industry.

It features a star-studded cast including Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Vidya Balan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Bhagyashree, Fardeen Khan, and Genelia Deshmukh.

Cocktail 2 is positioned as a sequel to the 2012 romantic drama, which originally starred Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty. The new film will see Shahid Kapoor in the lead role, alongside Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films.
