Sen. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan delievered the Democratic response to President Trump's speech before the joint session of Congress.
"America wants change, but there's a responsible way to make change and a reckless way," she said in the 10-minute response.
Slotkin's response began after Mr. Trump wrapped his speech, which was the longest speech of its kind in decades.
