Celebrated sitcom "Seinfeld" was famously set in a fictional New York City diner called Monk's Cafe. Two real diners are now tourist attractions for their role in TV lore.
No series, film or performer did more to celebrate the diner than "Seinfeld" and its classic cast of comedians led by namesake Jerry Seinfeld, who turns 70 on Monday, April 29, 2024. Tom's remains a popular photo and selfie spot today. Kerry J. Byrne is a lifestyle reporter with Fox News Digital.
