Florida's early morning sky was home to more than just the sun on Wednesday, March 4, as SpaceX launched yet another rocket into low earth orbit.
Exhaust from the Falcon 9 rocket created a "jellyfish" effect shortly after liftoff, making for some pretty mesmerizing visuals. SpaceX's rocket, carrying 29 Starlink satellites, departed from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 5:52 a.m. ET.
The sun hitting the condensation trail was responsible for projecting the sea jelly onto the sky, according to reporting by Florida Today, part of the USA TODAY Network.

The real thing: Rare bus-sized phantom jellyfish caught on camera. See video.
