
SDMC announces additional tax rebate for people vaccinated against Covid-19

The additional concession on property tax is a part of South Delhi Municipal Corporation's effort to encourage more people to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
Individuals who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 can get a five per cent additional rebate in advance proper tax. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has decided to offer the concession to individuals who have received the Covid-19 vaccine after NDMC had announced a similar incentive earlier. SDMC's Standing Committee Chairman Rajdutt Gahlot said that the civic body has decided to allow special incentives in the form of additional tax rebate to the owners of residential properties if they get vaccinated against Covid-19. Eligible property owners/taxpayers will get an additional 5 per cent rebate during payment of property tax. An office order in this regard has been issued by the department of the SDMC.More Related News
