Mitchell Marsh, who was named man-of-the-match for his all-round heroics for Delhi Capitals in their 8-wicket victory over Rajasthan Royals, said he has found his hitting form and has his processes in place.
Mitchell Marsh looked rusty when he played for DC in his first match of the season but he has been getting better since his return from a bout of Covid-19.
Mitchell Marsh picked 2 for 25 and hit a 62-ball 89 to script an important win for DC who are firmly in contention for a playoffs berth. DC now have 12 points from 12 matches this season.
Marsh said it was a tough game for him physically but said his tactics with the ball and bat were very clear.
"It was a tough game physically when you have to bat and bowl. Cutters into the wicket were hard to score of but we knew one good partnership was enough," Marsh told Star Sports.
"The first 4-5 overs was as hard as I have played in T20s. There was swing, seam, and bounce and it reminded me of the Perth stadium.
"It was not a 200 strike rate wicket, we had to build an innings. Davey was awesome. I've gotten back to hitting them as I want to, I have my processes in place," Marsh said.
