Rashmika-Vijay's mehendi outfits by Torani blend colour, tradition and boho charm

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda's mehendi outfits designed by Karan Torani boasted a burst of colours and rich Indian craftsmanship.

Newlyweds Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda delighted fans with snippets from their mehendi ceremony. The loved-up pictures are absolutely dreamy, but it is their vibrant multi-coloured ensembles that truly steal the spotlight.

The couple wore traditional ensembles custom-designed by Delhi-based designer Karan Torani. Rashmika looked gorgeous in a heavily embroidered skirt set paired with an off-shoulder corset blouse. Boasting an interesting colour palette of maroon, olive green and indigo blue, and further enlivened by rich embroidery and colourful adornments, the outfit exuded a striking boho vibe. Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda in colour-coordinated ensembles at their mehendi ceremony.

Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda proved once again that he wasn’t taking the groom’s fashion game lightly. He complemented Rashmika in a green kurta paired with an indigo veshti and a heavily embroidered jacket. A statement necklace and a regal waist belt further elevated the princely appeal of his look.

Rashmika’s jewellery was equally stunning, and rather meaningful. She wore an heirloom necklace, gifted to her by Vijay’s mother, titled ‘The Eternal Blossom’ featuring rose-cut diamonds and Burmese colourstones.

Shree Jewellers, who also designed Rashmika and Vijay’s much-talked-about gold wedding jewellery, designed matching earrings, bangles and a maang tikka. Another cute detail was a magenta-coloured hair accessory that Rashmika rocked with her half-tie tresses.
