Two people were killed and two others were injured in a fire that broke out after a moving car collided with a culvert on National Highway (NH) 27 in Baran district, Rajasthan, on Monday afternoon.
Two people, including a one-and-a-half-year-old child, were killed and two others were injured in a fire that broke out after a moving car collided with a culvert on National Highway (NH) 27 in Baran district, Rajasthan, on Monday afternoon.
The incident took place when Manish Chaudhary along with his sister-in-law Lakshmi, nephew Anirudh and one other relative were returning home in Kota from Khairuna village in Baran after attending an engagement ceremony.
Manish was driving the car. The collision took place when the car lost balance.
On receiving the information, a team of police and firefighters were rushed to the spot. But, by the time the fire brigade reached the accident site, the car was already burnt to ashes.
Manish and his nephew died on the spot while Lakshmi and the other relative were severely burnt and were taken to a hospital.
