Rahul Gandhi meets parents of 9-year-old rape victim in Delhi, locals protest

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday met the parents of the nine-year-old girl who was allegedly raped and murdered in Delhi. However, some locals protested the his visit, saying the area's Congress councillor hasn't shown up yet.
