Probe into Lakhimpur Kheri violence has 'turned into a joke', says Yogendra Yadav

Activist-turned farmer leader Yogendra Yadav said that the probe into Lakhimpur Kheri violence has 'turned into a joke'. He also said that farmers in Rajasthan are not getting MSP for bajra.

Swaraj Abhiyan's Yogendra Yadav, who has been at the forefront of the ongoing farmers' agitation, said that the investigation into the Lakhimpur Kheri violence has "turned into a joke".

"It took seven days for Union minister [MoS] Ajay Misra Teni's son Ashish to be interrogated in this case and even now the chief accused has not been arrested," Yadav told India Today in Jaipur on Sunday.
