Voters in District 2, Georgetown-Pownal, are heading to the polls today to choose their next MLA.
Four polling stations opened at 9 a.m. Monday and will remain open until 7 p.m.
Four candidates are on the ballot:
The seat was left vacant after the resignation of former provincial housing minister Steven Myers in October.
The byelection results won't change the balance of power in the province.
Premier Rob Lantz's PCs have a majority in the 27-seat legislative assembly with 19 seats, compared to four for the Liberals and three for the Greens.
