
Philadelphia restaurant owner warns new mask mandates will bring city's 'economic engine' to a stop

Dave Magrogan, owner of Barra Rossa in Philadelphia, said on "Fox & Friends" that its important for him to speak out on behalf of those who may not have the resources to take a stand against the mandate.
"The minute that mandate hit, our suburban guests stop coming in, business people stop coming into the cities, conventions stop," he said on "Fox & Friends" Tuesday. "Everything that drives the city’s economic engine stops."
