Parts of Chennai will face a power shutdown on Wednesday from 9AM to 2PM for maintenance work. The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (Tangedco) in its latest official release said that parts of Chennai will face a power cut on November 24.

According to the official release, areas such as Tambaram, Sholinganallur and Ponneri Durainallur areas will face a power shutdown tomorrow. The power is expected to resume before 2PM if the maintenance work is completed.
