President of Panama Laurentino Cortizo has granted Ambassador of Qatar to Panama HE Saad bin Mubarak Al Nuaimi the ‘Order of Vasco Nunez De Balboa’ of Grand degree and a certificate of appreciation, in appreciation of his efforts and role in strengthening relations between the two countries. The Order of Vasco Nunez De Balboa is the highest honour granted by the Panamanian presidency to ministers and heads of friendly diplomatic missions. Minister of Foreign Relations of Panama Erika Mouynes presented the Order to the ambassador. (QNA)
