Packed courtroom and pandemonium: What happened before Aryan Khan's bail plea was heard by HC
India Today
Even before Aryan Khan's bail hearing began today, the courtroom of Justice N W Sambre was packed to the point of bursting. Before long, pandemonium broke out.
Aryan Khan's bail plea was listed very low on the board of Justice N W Sambre, who has the assignment of hearing criminal bail pleas. It was expected that the high-profile case would be heard only in the latter half of the day. However, that didn’t stop people from packing into the small court room since morning.
Generally, division benches get larger court rooms while single judge benches, like that of Justice Sambre's, are smaller. On any given day, that court room, owning to the kind of assignment it has, is always packed and it was no wonder that on Tuesday, it would be even more crowded with Aryan Khan’s bail application to be heard.
