Oxygen requirement down, Delhi asks Centre to redirect O2 surplus quota to other states

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said on Thursday that Delhi’s oxygen requirement has dipped from 700 MT a day to 582 MT. Manish Sisodia added that the AAP government has urged the Centre to give the surplus oxygen to other states.

At a press briefing on Thursday, Manish Sisodia said the Delhi government has written to the Centre to give surplus oxygen from its quota to other states. Today, after assessment of the COVID19 situation, Delhi's oxygen need is 582 MT per day.
