About 250-300 terrorists are waiting at launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC) to infiltrate even as ceasefire violations have dropped down to a trickle, Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh said on Thursday. In an exclusive interview with India Today TV, Dilbag Singh, however, said, "Arms smuggling and narcotics supply continue unabated. We have discovered tunnels."
