Netflix has dropped a new trailer for Season 2 of One Piece, previewing the Straw Hats’ long-awaited journey into the Grand Line. The next chapter of the live-action adaptation premieres March 10 and promises tougher enemies, stranger islands and higher emotional stakes.
The footage opens with Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) celebrating how far the crew has come. Alongside Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), Usopp (Jacob Romero) and Sanji (Taz Skylar), Luffy sets sail toward the legendary stretch of sea that holds the key to becoming King of the Pirates. The trailer teases sweeping landscapes and dangerous waters, from the historic Loguetown to the towering Reverse Mountain and the icy terrain of Drum Island.
But adventure quickly turns perilous. The Straw Hats encounter Baroque Works, a shadowy organisation of elite agents hunting them down. Usopp warns that these new foes are unlike any they have faced before. Among the adversaries are Miss All-Sunday (Lera Abova), Miss Wednesday (Charithra Chandran), Mr. 3 (David Dastmalchian), Mr. 5 (Camrus Johnson), Miss Valentine (Jazzara Jaslyn), Mr. 9 (Daniel Lasker) and Miss Goldenweek (Sophia Anne Caruso).
The season also introduces fan-favorite Tony Tony Chopper, the blue-nosed reindeer hybrid voiced by Mikaela Hoover. The trailer offers a glimpse of the beloved character joining the crew as they confront mounting threats.
Based on Eiichiro Oda’s long-running manga phenomenon, One Piece continues to expand its scale in Season 2, with larger action set pieces and deeper character tests.
Season 2 of One Piece streams March 10 on Netflix.
