Ollie Robinson to return to action with Sussex second XI in T20 game

England pacer Ollie Robinson will return to the cricket pitch to play for Sussex's second team in the T20 game against Hampshire, his county confirmed on Monday.

England pacer Ollie Robinson is set to return to cricketing action with Sussex's second XI in two T20 matches against Hampshire on Tuesday. Robinson had said that he would take a break to spend time with his family and missed Sussex's Vitality Blast games against Gloucestershire and Hampshire Hawks on Friday and Saturday, respectively. He could have come into consideration for the match at Essex on Tuesday but has instead been named in the second XI squad for the behind-closed-doors matches at Hove. He will return to action in the second team's behind-closed-doors T20 matches against Hampshire on Tuesday. The 27-year-old was suspended from international cricket pending an investigation after his Twitter posts resurfaced on his Test debut against New Zealand at Lord's two weeks ago.
