New York firefighter adopts puppy he helped rescue after she was hit by a car: 'I’d love to take her'
Fox News
Anthony Pulvino, a New York firefighter, found himself adopting a three-month-old dog after the injured pup was dropped off at his local fire station and in need of a new home.
Pulvino said two teenagers showed up last month at the firehouse doors of Engine Co. 19 with a puppy in their arms — and said they were looking for help. Gretchen Eichenberg is a contributing reporter for Fox News Digital.
"I opened the door and saw the dog and told them to bring it inside," Pulvino said.
