A pair of video game designers from New Hampshire created a real-life treasure hunt in the Northeast with a gold sculpture worth $26,000 as the grand prize.
"This treasure hunt is a prototype, just experimenting to see if people like it, if people like the format," Project Skydrop co-creator Jason Rohrer told Boston 25 News. Sarah Rumpf-Whitten is a breaking news writer for Fox News Digital and Fox Business.
The game started Sept. 19 and will end on Oct. 10. Story tips and ideas can be sent to sarah.rumpf@fox.com and on X: @s_rumpfwhitten.
