National Burrito Day deals are here — how to eat for cheap or free at Chipotle, Taco Bell and more

These deals are un-burrito-ble.
National Burrito Day is today, Thursday, April 4 — and fast food restaurants are celebrating with offers for their customers.
The foodie holiday is a highlight of what’s known among the faithful as “burrito season,” which reportedly lasts from March through May and is the busiest time of the year for Mexican food consumption, Chipotle previously told Business Insider.
A spokesperson for the fresh fast casual brand told BI they see their highest sales volume in the spring thanks to “weather and daylight.” The burrito-specific reason this phenomenon doesn’t continue into summer is because the many chain restaurants near colleges and universities don’t do as well when the academic year is over.
But for now, with the season at its height, take some time to enjoy this year’s National Burrito Day deals.
Moe’s is offering BOGO burritos or bowls for the national holiday.
