Nagaland: Students' body 'warns' armed forces, asks not to move during 7-day mourning

The Konyak Students’ Union 'warned' armed forces and asked that they refrain from moving in Mon district during the 7-day mourning period.
The Konyak Students’ Union that has declared seven-day mourning in Nagaland over the death of civilians has “warned” the armed forces asking them not to move in the Mon district during this period.
Noklem Konyak, president of the Konyak Students' Union, told India Today TV, “If any military personnel violates this order, then it will solely be at their own risk. This is our warning because we are mourning for seven days. For the safety of our people, we are demanding the removal of the Assam Rifles from our village and our jurisdiction.”
