The Sunrise Hospital in Mumbai has sent a written complaint to the Bhandup police station against the National Company Law Tribunal administrator Rahul Sahastrabuddhe accusing him of not taking requisite steps which lead to the fire that killed 10 people.
The Sunrise Hospital in Mumbai has sent a written complaint to the Bhandup police station against the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) administrator Rahul Sahastrabuddhe accusing him of not taking requisite steps which lead to the fire that killed 11 people. The complainant, Satyendra Tiwari, the authorised signatory of the hospital, has accused administrator Rahul Sahastrabuddhe of sheer negligence. According to the complainant, the administrator of the mall is guilty of ‘causing death by negligence’ under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code.More Related News
