Mom is told she can't decorate her dead son's gravesite as she chooses: 'So many emotions'

A mother in the United Kingdom, whose son reportedly passed away after an asthma attack, decorated the gravesite with elaborate objects and a colorful fence; these are not in line with the rules.
The boy's mother, Sharna Andrews, 29, together with her young daughter, spent several days hand-painting a wooden fence — which they then placed around the boy's grave four months ago, reported SWNS, the British news service. "We understand that grieving is a difficult time for families, and we do not want to cause any further distress." Maureen Mackey is managing editor of lifestyle for Fox News Digital.
But last month, Andrews received a letter from the Gloucester City Council demanding the fence's removal because it didn't "comply with the rules and regulations," SWNS said.
