Milind Soman took to Instagram and asked his fans to spare at least 5 minutes every day for themselves.

Milind Soman always urges his fans to exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The fitness enthusiast never misses out on his workout sessions. He also shares glimpses of the same often on Instagram to inspire his fans and followers.

On Thursday, the actor and supermodel took to the social media platform and shared a shirtless photo of himself posing in the sea. He gave an intense expression as he looked straight into the camera. In the caption, he shared an important life lesson. He also asked his fans to spare at least 5 minutes every day to do good things for their mind and body.

“Good health. Mind, body and spirit. Nothing gives you the same joy. Take care. Give yourself at least 5 min every day to do good things for your mind and body. Wherever you are (sic),” he wrote.
