
Man in his 40s dead after shooting in North York, police say

A man in his 40s is dead after a shooting Monday morning in North York, police said.
The incident happened around 5:20 a.m. at a residence near Weston and Albion roads, Toronto police said in a post on X on Monday. Officers responded to reports that a man had been shot.
He was pronounced dead on scene, police said.
There is no suspect information at this time.
The homicide unit has been notified, police said.
