Man held for attacking three women with knife in Mangalore

Three women jail staffers were attacked with a knife by a man, who had barged into the District Institute of Education and Training, on the pretext of giving a gift to a worker. 

Three women were injured after a man barged into the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Center in Mangalore's Karangalpady and attacked them with a knife on Monday.

The injured women, who work at DIET, have been identified as Reena, Gunavathi and Nirmala. The reason behind the attack is yet to be ascertained. All three women, however, are out of danger.
