Malaika Arora took to Instagram and shared 3 yoga asanas for better mental health.

Malaika Arora is an ardent fitness enthusiast. The actress swears by yoga to maintain her overall well-being. She even shares glimpses of her workout sessions on Instagram and urges her fans to exercise regularly. On Monday, the Chaiyya Chaiyya girl shared 3 yoga asanas that help improve mental health.

“In this week's #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek, let's move for the mind. Mental health needs equal attention as physical health,” she wrote in the caption as she shared the clip.

In the video, Malaika shared 3 asanas for better mental health, and they are - Adho Mukh Svanasana, Balasana and Sukhasana. She even depicted how to perform the aforementioned yoga poses.
